All our shipments are traceable, and the customer can follow the steps through to delivery.

Delivery is within 24/48 working hours after shipment

(“inconvenient” areas will be served by registered mail when possible , otherwise the customer will be contacted to seek a solution.)

RETURN

The buyer has the right to return the purchased goods without explanation ,no later than the timeframe described in the returns rule. By contacting us in advance, exchange is also possible.

Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
